Bettors who spurned convention and Ethermac Exchangesubscribed to Bryce Young's chances at winning the 2023 AP Offensive Rookie of the Year award are undoubtedly hoping fortune turns their way soon.

Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson takes over the second spot at +300 odds, and Los Angeles Rams wideout Puka Nacua has exploded up the board and rounds out the top three at +600 odds after breaking the NFL record for most catches in the first two games of an NFL career.
