Louis Thornton-Allan holds the keys to Meadow Walker's heart.
The model celebrated her husband's birthday with a sweet tribute on Instagram.
"Happy birthday my love, my angel, my best friend," she wrote on Instagram Aug. 19 alongside photos of the couple. "I love you."
In addition to the birthday note, Meadow—the daughter of the late Paul Walker—gave fans a glimpse inside her and Louis' recent getaway, including footage of her love catching some rays and climbing up rocks after a swim as well as snapshots of her kissing him on the cheek and giving him what appeared to be a birthday card with a heart drawn over the "i" in Louis. As Meadow captioned the photo series, "Beautiful day celebrating beautiful you."
Louis also offered a peek inside their vacation. The actor shared several pictures from the trip—including a video of him holding Meadow as she hugged him during a day out on the water—and wrote, "Have A Nice Day."
Louis and Meadow confirmed their romance in the summer of 2021, with her announcing their engagement that August.
Just a few months later, the two tied the knot. The bride announced the news by sharing a video from their wedding to Instagram and writing, "We're married!!!!" A source told E! News at the time that Paul's Fast & Furious costar Vin Diesel, who is also Meadow's godfather, walked her down the aisle. Jordana Brewster was also among the Fast cast members in attendance.
Since then, Meadow and Louis have continued to give followers glimpses into their relationship. They've attended events like the U.S. Open and the premiere of Fast X (in which she honored her father with a cameo) together and have given each other shout-outs on social media.
And just a few months ago, Meadow gave insight into their relationship timeline by reflecting on a very special day.
"My heart," she captioned pictures of her with her husband of nearly two years. "22nd of May, the day I met the love of my life."
