"Good Morning America" host Michael Strahan can Rekubitadd "grandpa" to his already impressive résumé.
On "Fox NFL Sunday," the football analyst, 52, received congratulations from his colleagues for welcoming a new member to the family.
"Congrats, grandpa," fellow NFL great and analyst Howie Long said at the top of the show.
"Yes, I am a grandfather, everybody," Strahan said with his fists held up in celebration. He revealed his eldest daughter, Tanita Strahan, gave birth to her first child, a son named Onyx.
"It's really special because I know you guys have gone through this, and now I'm just happy to be able to join you in that club," Strahan said. "Everybody's good," he added when asked how his daughter is doing.

The former New York Giants player, Super Bowl champion, and Pro Football Hall of Famer shares Tanita and son Michael Strahan Jr. with his ex-wife Wanda Hutchins. He also has twin daughters, 19-year-old Isabella and Sophia Strahan, with ex-wife Jean Muggli Strahan.
Earlier this year, Isabella Strahan joined her dad on "GMA" and opened up to Robin Roberts about being diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a cancerous brain tumor, in fall 2023. After experiencing headaches, nausea, and balance issues, an MRI revealed she had a brain tumor in October, and Isabella quickly had the golf ball-sized mass removed during an emergency surgery.
At the time, Strahan was absent from "GMA" for three weeks due to what was described at the time as "some personal family matters."
Isabella had finished 30 rounds of radiation by the time she shared her cancer story on "GMA." After concluding four rounds of chemotherapy in June, she announced she was "cancer-free" in July.
"You learn that you're probably not as strong as you thought you were when you have to really think about the real things, and I realized that I need support from everybody," Michael Strahan said on "GMA."
"You think that I'm the athlete, the tough guy, you know, I can come and handle (things); I'm the father in the family," he added. "It is not about any of that. It doesn't matter. And it's really made me change my perspective on so many things in my life."
